Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 3 to 8 working days. Check the product page for any item-specific lead time.

Delivery method

Orders are sent by standard express courier to all locations in South Africa. Periods of high order volume can add a few days. We will contact you by email or phone about any significant delay.

Shipping cost

The standard rate is R150. The rate depends on our courier partners and may change, and large orders may be adjusted. The charge that applies to your order is shown in your cart before you pay.

Lost or damaged goods

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us straight away and keep all packaging and damaged goods so a claim can be filed with the carrier. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for your options on damaged items.
