We are considered an essential services company as we supply masks to the public and should be able to deliver your order within the specified time, however due to the nature of the \u201cstate of disaster\u201d in South Africa \u2013 unforeseen delays may occur. If delays in delivery happen, we will notify the client as soon as reasonably possible and attempt to resolve the problem.<\/p>\n
All orders are processed within 3 \u2013 8, we use standard express courier to deliver to all locations within South Africa.<\/p>\n
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.<\/p>\n
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.<\/p>\n
The standard shipping rate across South Africa is R150 (This number can change without notice as we rely on our courier partners for shipping \u2013 please review the shipping charge carefully in your cart), if you place a large order this amount may be adjusted based on the size of the order.<\/p>\n
MedQ Clinic Supplies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.<\/p>\n
